How to Add Apps to iOS Sharing Options
Sometimes you may wish to share an image or file with a specific app and can't find it in the sharing list. Typically, all that's gone wrong is that the app has been hidden for one reason or another. In this example, I'll be adding Outlook to the share list. As you can see in this initial screenshot, Outlook isn't present. It should show up between Mail and Notes.
Outlook is just an example - you can add any installed app that can be shared to!
From this sharing menu, hold and drag all the way to the right to get to "More".
You can see from the "More" menu that Outlook is an available option. To add it to the list of share options, click on "Edit" in the upper right.
When you click on edit, all the suggested apps get sliders. Ensure that Outlook's slider is turned on. Once you've turned on Outlook, press "Done" in the upper right.
Then, press Done again to get back to the Share menu.
Now Outlook shows up in the sharing list!
