Steps to add addresses in Macola 10

I believe we have a resolution to this issue by following these steps.
First bring up a customer account in Synergy and then in the contacts section hit the ADD button. Enter a first and last name (even something bogus like Shipping Address) and save the contact.

After you’ve saved hit the EDIT button and at the bottom of the screen you’ll see a section for addresses and it will say Map (0). Click the 0 and the address screen will open and then click NEW.

Here you’ll uncheck the Copy Visit Address box so that you can enter a new address. On the right hand side you’ll have to enter an address code and also update the ship via and tax code/schedules as needed and then save the address. It is now ready for use on orders.

To view all addresses setup for a customer you can click on the Address List option in the monitor section of the customer maintenance screen in Synergy.

If any of the menu picks that I described aren’t on a screen you’ll need to click the wrench icon in the upper right hand corner to modify your screen to add the missing options.

Addendum:
click the "NEW" button at the top of the screen.

Then you get ADDRESS MAINT screen. Uncheck COPY VISIT address and enter your info and give it an Address Code and then save.
